How to Use the Advanced Budget Planner and Converter
This free tool allows you to easily track your income and expenses across different time frames (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, and annually). Follow these simple steps to set up your budget and see your financial projections.

Step 1: Define Your Budget Details
Start by providing basic information in the "Budget Details" section:
- Enter a Budget Name/Nickname (e.g., "October 2025," "Vacation Savings").
- Select the primary Period for your budget (e.g., Monthly).

Step 2: Add Income and Expense Items
Use the "Add New Item" section to log all your cash flow:
- Enter an Item Description (e.g., "Salary," "Rent Payment," "Weekly Groceries").
- Input the Amount.
- Select the Per Time Unit (Crucial step! Choose the frequency that applies: Hour, Day, Week, Month, or Year).
- Choose the Type: **Income / Saving** or **Expense**.
- (Optional) If applicable, define the Payment structure.
- Click "Add Item".

Step 3: Review the Breakdown
As you add items, the **Items Breakdown** table will populate. Review this table to ensure all data (Amount, Unit, Type) has been entered correctly.

Step 4: Analyze Predicted Totals & Balance
The **Predicted Totals & Balance** section automatically converts all your items to display the calculated Expenses, Income, and **Net Balance** for every time unit.
Use the **Net** figures to understand your cash flow at any frequency and identify potential surplus or deficits.
